Love the growing Old Towne district! Fuzzy's, ABC, Udi's... you could spend a whole day there!

Arvada truly IS the Best Small Town in America! It offers great scenery, wonderful parks, fantastic schools, and has the friendliest, most community-minded people in the U.S. Come visit and you'll see for yourself! Shelly

Arvada has such a wonderful small old town charm and so beautiful with the Rocky Mountains rising to our West.

I was transferred to the Denver area over ten years ago, and was taken all over the greater city by my realtor. When I reached Arvada, I stopped. Close to Denver, close to Boulder, close to the foothills, smaller town charm. What else do you need? Great place!!

Should really have a category for Best Views! Living in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains is a delight. There's so much to do here. Almost any interest you can imagine is available within a couple hours drive of Arvada. Rock climbing, spelunking, riding white water rapids, a day at a spa/hot spring, you name it!
