Enjoy all of Florida in this great town. Enjoy dining at fine restaurants along the Manatee River all the way to the dining on the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island on the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy the museums in Bradenton and nearby Sarasota. Enjoy watching alligators east of town
on the freshwater lakes. Home of "Tropicanna" orange juice. Some people do not enjoy driving by the industrial area of town, but here in Bradenton it is a tourist attraction, you can enjoy the sweet aroma in the air near the plant with the dozens of semi-trailers of oranges awaiting processing. Never a dull moment here enjoying the Manatee county parks, GT Bray Park, Robinson and Emerson Preserve to name a few. www.manateeparadise.com

We've lived here for 6 years and its a wonderful slice of paradise. It epitomizes small town ideals and is a lot like an old sneaker of a town: comfotable, dependable, and easy,

With the work of Realize Bradenton, Bradenton is capitalizing on its arts and culture as well as its beautiful location on the Manatee River. By the end of 2012, downtown Bradenton will have a lovely, scenic and public access to the river open that will include public art, a skatepark, splash park and amphitheater. This area will host the first annual Bradenton Blues Fest in December. Also on this site is the new home of the Manatee Players. Bradenton hosts a lively Farmer's Market each Saturday October-May as well as Arts Slam in the Fall. Students and professional artists work together to create public art in one day. There is music and all kinds of shops and restaurants on Old Main Street which is an authenic town consisting of historic buildings. The city is walkable and encourages its residents and visitors to get outdoors all year long and enjoy nature parks and white sand beaches. Whether you enjoy the outdoors or culture or both, Bradenton is the place not only to visit, but to live.
