Myrtle Beach has become a beloved family vacation destination. Home to 60 miles of uninterrupted beaches, the boardwalk has become the gateway to what TravelingJules described as “a bazillion things to do.”

There are four regions of Myrtle Beach, which offer a slightly different travel experience. Central Myrtle Beach is close to the airport and features several oceanfront hotels and resorts. It’s close to endless shopping and dining options, as well as the Myrtle Beach State Park. North Myrtle Beach offers campgrounds and the Grand Strand area, which encompasses Windy Hill, Crescent Beach, Ocean Drive, Cherry Grove, Atlantic Beach and Little River areas.

A beautiful community...with wonderful people! The beach...who could ask for more!

I have lived near Myrtle Beach for many years and it is still one of the most exciting places to visit. There are things to do for people with most any interest and things definitely for all ages. From exciting rides, boat tours, nature activities, live shows, educational entertainment, beachcombing, people watching and just plain relaxing...not to mention that it's a beautiful place .
