Nothing compares to Arvada, Colorado! The biking and pedestrian trails that line Ralston Creek take you to a peaceful space where you'll never know what incredible wildlife will be found. The Rocky Mountains serve as our backdrop. Trees line our streets. The beauty surrounds us everywhere!

Arvada is in the ultimate location. Sitting at the foothills to the Rocky Mountains provides for breathtaking views of the mountains in one direction and overlooking the city in the other. A healthy community with a small town atmosphere. I can be at a Bronco or Rockies game within 20 minutes or skiing within 45 minutes.

My wife and I bought a house on the west side of Arvada about 4 years ago. We love how our neighborhood sits at the interface of suburban development and rural, unincorporated land. We can walk across the street and see beautiful views of the Front Range to the west, all the way to Long's Peak in RMNP, and then turn to the east and see the Denver skyline. Great parks and open space and convenient to all of the outdoor amenities Colorado has to offer. Our daughter is just a toddler and already loves playing along the Ralston Creek trail. We look forward to many happy years here in beautiful Arvada!

I have lived in Arvada since 1964. Arvada has lived up to being a beautiful city. Arvada has planned on how to keep the city clean, How to beautify while building the city. Has many open spaces. You do not have to go far to see parks lakes and still be able to see the mountains in the back ground

I moved to Arvada back in 1990. What a WONDERFUL city it has been to raise my children! The schools are amazing, and it has a real "home town" feeling. My kids are now grown and on their own, and I chose to move to the heart of Olde Town Arvada. I love the people, the businesses, the beauty of MY city!
