Jefferson City Missouri is the most beautiful city in the country. Our city is rich in history, out door recreation, rolling hills, rivers, streams and the capital. The capital city has beautiful architecture, a historic train station and a state prison. Parks and lakes are well manicured, clean and well maintained. It is picture perfect!

Situated along the Missouri River, with its rolling hills, lush gardens, fountains and monuments as well as the spectacular historic buildings, it is difficult to find a more beautifu city in the US. The state Capitol building has been ranked #1for the most beautifu interior and #3 for the most beautiful exterior. The Governor's Mansion has been featured on TV shows as the most beautiful. In addition, there are countless other gorgeous architecture that can be enjoyed on a guided walking tour. Jefferson City is definitely the most beautiful!

I'm from St. Louis, Missouri and decided to move to Jeff City with my fiancee who grew up here. It was a big switch from big city to small town but Jeff City packs a punch! It is beautiful and full of life. It is the perfect blend of hustle and bustle but still has that small town feel. Everyone here is friendly and the people in Jeff City support it so much! I'm not going back to St. Louis, I'm marrying here and am excited to raise my kids here. #jcmo!

Jefferson City is a wonderful beautiful community. Having moved here just a few months ago I have participated in many of the community events including downtown music festivals, capitol tour, corn maze, haunted prison tours, and tractor pull championships, to name a few. Additionally, the community is a wonderful blend of geography that includes the northern edge of the Ozark Mountains, abundant streams and rivers, lakes, and a blend of foliage that rivals the Northeast. No regrets. Awesome community.

There is a natural beauty to Jefferson City that soothes one's soul. It's Missouri River, high bluffs vintages, surrounding rolling hills set a wondrous backdrop to our state government's home base. From the dome of the state capital to the beautiful park and greenway, add in sailing on Bonder Lake and populate it with the generous and involved spirit of those that call it home or the thousands of residents from the surrounding area that commute each day to work and return for numerous activities making it a community without walls, it is a beautiful sight.
