I was born in Watertown, NY and moved away only once for approximately 2 years. Missed it soooo much, I moved back & have been here my entire life. We are best known for our military base (Fort Drum) and the 10th Mountain Division. We support our soldiers & their families to the fullest ! I believe EVERY business in Jefferson County and surrounding counties, offers some sort of military discount which, in turn, profits both the community and the economy. Our Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day & Verteran's Day parades are just AMAZING. The entire community comes together to celebrate and honor our Military men, women & their families. We certainly deserve to be voted Most Patriotic Small Town by far :=)

Watertown, NY is my hometown. With Fort Drum in the area how can it not be patriotic. A big thanks to all the soldiers that are stationed there.
