Wagner Vineyards Estate Winery

Here, each of the 30 or so varietals—from the dry Riesling and Cabernet Franc to the sweet Niagara and Vidal Blanc Ice—has five generations of winemaking expertise behind it. What started with Bill Wagner planting a few vines beside Seneca Lake has grown into a mecca for award-winning Finger Lakes wine, producing more than 50,000 cases annually. The $4 ($6 on Sat.) tasting flights feature four to six pours. For $3, you can sample about six craft brews at the Wagner Valley Brewing Co. The Ginny Lee Café has superb lunches and lake views.
