Sugarloaf Provincial Park


The wide range of facilities at Sugerloaf include a campground with pull-through campsites, kitchen shelter, showers, and dry and flush toilets with handicapped facilities. There is a lodge, which also has a lounge and canteen. Reservations are recommended for all campsites. Visitors enjoy tennis, paddle boats, an indoor activity center with special programs, and hiking. Sporting equipment is available as well. Winter activities include alpine and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, skating, and tobogganing. The park is open year-round, but campgrounds are open only from mid-May to mid-October, while the ski season is mid-December to spring, depending on the weather. Call the park for more details. Located off 11 on Rte 270.Pets: Leashed pets are permitted. Fees and restrictions: New Brunswick provincial parks charge a nominal daily entrance fee per vehicle. No alcohol is permitted. This ban is strictly enforced.
