RV/MH Hall of Fame

Opened in 2006, the new RV/MH Hall of Fame nearly doubles the space of the former museum in downtown Elkhart. You can learn more than you'll ever need to know about recreational vehicles and mobile homes in the town where trailer culture originated and continues to thrive. Wander among the exhibits of RVs, tent campers, and mobile homes dating back to the 1920s and 1930s, including the very first camper ever made. The museum offers 15,000 square feet of exhibit space in addition to a 15,000-sq-ft conference and convention facility, 8,000-volume library, 100-seat theatre, and the Go-RVing: World of Tomorrow exhibit, designed to encourage visitors to get a rig and get out on the open road.
