Roth Kase


Roth K's only manufacturer of Gruyere. It uses traditional methods with copper vats and special curing cellars and ages the cheese for up to nine months. Visitors can tour the plant to learn about the cheese-making process and sample the Gruyere and other award-winning cheeses.
