RISD Museum

Description

The art museum at the Rhode Island School of Design houses a comprehensive collection of more than 86,000 works of art ranging from textiles to Japanese prints to French Impressionist works. Pendleton House, a replica of an early 20th century home furnished in period, is a wing of the museum with American painting and sculpture, English silver, Chinese porcelain, and related decorative arts.
