Poison Spring Monument State Park

Description

This state park celebrates the historic battle of Poison Spring during the Civil War, when Confederate soldiers were said to poison the spring water of the enemy. You'll encounter wooded and rugged trails, which provides an ideal environment to hike. The wooden plank bridge provides breathtaking views of the water as it leads you down a steep ravine.
