Parlange Plantation

Description

Most homes are still occupied by families who continue to farm the land of their ancestors. Drive along the scenic False River, an area steeped in the history and traditions of 19th century Creole Louisiana. Parlange Plantation, built in 1750, represents a fine example of Creole architecture with magnificent furnishings, paintings, and gardens, and offers tours by appointment only.
