Niagara River Recreation Trail

Description

Constructed in 1986, the Niagara River Recreation Trail offers a multi-use path for walkers, joggers, and bikers. Along the trails, the historic path has over 100 monuments and plaques describing the lives of the militiamen that walked the same paths. The entire trail is broken up into four sections, which each take about 1 to 2 hours to complete. Distance markers are placed along the trails for the visitor's convenience.
