Maine Lighthouse Museum

Description

The Maine Lighthouse Museum is home to the most notable collection of lighthouse artifacts and U.S. Coast Guard memorabilia. Visitors can marvel at the vintage maritime artifacts while listening to stories of bravery from the U.S. Coast Guard displays. The museum is also home to the biggest known collection of Fresnel lighthouse lenses. The waterfront museum is located in historic downtown Rockland, and offers a scenic view of Rockland Breakwater and Penobscot Bay.
