Lake Keechelus

Description

Keechelus Lake is a lake and reservoir just past Snoqualmie Pass and is the source of the Yakima River. From I-90, pull over at Exit 54 (Hyak) to park and explore the re-opened Snoqualmie Tunnel by bike or foot. Head down the John Wayne Pioneer Trail to reach Keechelus Lake. Or drop a canoe into the lake just off I-90 at the boat launch and paddle around taking in the sweeping views of the surrounding mountains at Snoqualmie Pass.
