Lachine National Historic Site

Description

The Lachine National Historic Site is an inland waterway that serves as an urban park boasting rich history and plenty of visitor activities. Visitors can go boating, hiking, take guided boat tours down the canal, and much more. In 2009, the canal’s multipurpose path was ranked the third "most beautiful urban circuit in the world" by Time magazine. Ongoing exhibitions feature historic photos and artifacts from the area.
