Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology

Description

The Museum of Steam and Technology in Hamilton, Ontario explores the history of Canada's industrial revolution. Watch as an engine pumps clean water from a 45-foot high, 70-ton steam engine as it did 140 years ago. The two steam engines are the only surviving facilities of their kind in North America. In addition to the popular demonstrations, the museum offers hundreds of family-friendly festivals, workshops, and exhibitions.
