Frank Slide Interpretive Centre


When 90 million tons of limestone crashed down from the summit of Turtle Mountain in the spring of 1903, it buried a large part of the town of Frank. Visit the site of the rock slide to learn about the catastrophe when an avalanche spread over a square mile.
