Fort William Historical Park (Old Fort William)

Old Fort William depicts fur trading activities at what was once the inland headquarters of the North West Company as well as the site of the company's annual rendezvous between 1803 and 1821. The 25-acre complex adjacent to the Kaministiquia River features 42 reconstructed buildings, a Native American encampment, and a working farm. Daily demonstrations are presented in blacksmithing and various crafts, while costumed interpreters lead 90-minute tours several times a day.
