Fort Reno

Description

Fort Reno started as a military camp in the late 19th century and is now recognized as a vital piece of Oklahoma history. With more than 25 buildings to tour, you’ll be able to see firsthand where famous aviator Amelia Earhart flew her aircraft, and where the legendary presidential horse Black Jack trained. With seasonal events such as the National Cavalry Competition and the “Ghosts of Fort Reno” tour, you’ll have every reason to return.
