Fort George Brewery & Public House

Recycle, reuse, re-imagine are recurring themes in Oregon. They’re definitely key to this brewpub housed in what was once an automotive repair shop built in 1924 on the site of a fur trading post that was part of Astoria’s 1811 founding. Belly up to the bar for a Belgian-style Quick Wit or an 1811 Lager, both of which pair well with the house-made sausage sampler and other menu items. Sunday night sees live-music shows; Thursday night features lectures. Neither night has a cover.
