Description

This skiing and snowboarding destination was originally a mining community discovered by William Fernie in 1897. Today the resort boasts nine lifts and 112 trails on Lizard Range. In addition to skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer, the area offers snowshoeing, snow mobiling, dog sledding, and sleigh rides. Families can count on plenty of events and activities, a variety of lodging options, and a ton of snow.
