Dana-Thomas House State Historic Site

Description

This Frank Lloyd Wright home is one of the best-preserved, largest, and most elaborate of his early Prairie School projects. As a young architect, he completed this home in 1904 for socialite and women's activist Susan Lawrence Dana. There are more than 100 pieces of original Wright-designed furniture; 250 art glass doors, windows, and light panels; and 200 original interior light fixtures and skylights.
