Arlington Resort Hotel And Spa

This twin-towered Art Deco grand dame opened with a gala dinner-dance on New Year’s Eve 1924. Many of its magnificent public spaces are in use today, including its spa, where you can still indulge in thermal mineral-water baths and other treatments. There’s lots of history here; maybe a bit too much for some. Word is that guest rooms are truly tired. Still, it’s hard not to be captivated by the hotel where Al Capone stayed (Room 442) when he vacationed in Hot Springs. And, yes, this property is reportedly haunted by several ghosts, including a little girl in a pink dress and a bellman often seen going about his business on the 11th floor.
