Arkansas Air Museum

Description

A World War II wooden span hanger featuring classic airplanes from the '20s and '30s, including early airliners, racing aircraft, and modern military aircraft. The Visitor's Information Center includes a shop that is open to the public. There are aircraft, video displays, gift shop, and group tours available. The museum is handicapped-accessible. Aircraft include Mister Mulligan, Travel Air 4000, Mystery Ship, WWI aircraft, several helicopters and a Navy A4 Skyhawk. Unusually, most of the historic aircraft in the museum still fly.
